HICAPS - Health Fund Rebate

HICAPS terminal allows all major health funds to be claimed on the spot to ensure the convenience of your health care experience. Our facility is equipped with HICAPS for direct billing of your health insurer. That means once your claim is authorised, you are only responsible to pay the balance (gap) payment.
Government Dental Support

As Gold Coast dental service provider, we like to ensure dental care is accessible by as many people in the area as possible. Bulk-billing opportunities for patients under Government schemes are also available if you are holders of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA), or eligible for any active adult or child benefit funding schemes.
Cancellation Policy

We will always endeavour to arrange an appointment that suits your personal circumstances. If for any reasons that you cannot attend, please advise us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee will be incurred if you fail to attend without notification within 24 hours of the appointment.
